Who I am

I’m Carlos Dias of OBT Consultants. I run Surfaced. You can reach me at (808) 509-9424 or carlosdias@surfaced.consulting.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the free-check form: your business name, your website or Google Maps link, what a customer would type to find you, your name, your email or phone, and where you found the form (for example a card, a shirt or this website).

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. My website host may keep basic server logs, such as the time of a visit and an IP address.

Why

To run your check and reply to you, and to keep a simple record of who asked.

Who sees it

Me. Your form answers are stored by my website host so I can read them. I don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else.

How long I keep it

As long as I need it to reply and follow up. If you’d like me to delete it, call, text or email me and I will.

Other websites

Links to other websites, such as the survey I cite on the home page, follow their own privacy rules.
